Description
admintoolにおけるユーザ管理の項目として、ユーザ名のふりがなを追加する。
ユーザ名の並び替えを行う際に、ふりがなが設定されている場合にはふりがなで並び替えを行う。
またActive Directoryとの連携機能においてもふりがなに対応する。（Active Directoryのユーザの「表示名」のふりがなを取り込む）
