Description
認証を伴うProxyにおいて、最初のコネクションに対してHTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Requiredを返す際にコネクションをProxy側からcloseする環境の場合、SOAPの１処理毎に毎回コネクションおよびSSL認証を行ってしまい、処理スピードが大幅にダウンする問題へ対処します。
