Description
Excelファイルを用いてユーザの一括登録を行うための機能追加。
ユーザ管理画面に「インポート」ボタンを配置し、「エクスポート」と同様のフォーマットのExcelファイルを用いて追加ユーザの登録を可能とする。またその際に、プロジェクトへのアサイン、役割の指定、追加機能のライセンス設定も同時に行えるようにする。
